Parking is only permitted with valid payment

Payment must be made immediately upon parking.
Scan the QR code and register the vehicle’s licence plate number.

Parking is only valid when:

• payment has been completed

• the correct licence plate number has been entered

• the vehicle is parked within the designated parking area

Failure to make valid payment, registration of an incorrect licence plate number, or parking outside the designated area will result in:

Parking takes place on a grassed area and is at your own risk. The ground may be uneven, and the area may be closed during very wet conditions.

Camping, overnight stays, trailers, and long-term parking of vehicles are not permitted without prior written agreement.

The parking subscription grants the subscriber a non-exclusive right to use available parking spaces within the designated private parking area.

The subscription costs DKK 400 per month and becomes valid once payment has been completed and the vehicle’s licence plate number has been correctly registered.

​

The subscription is personal and applies only to the registration number associated with the agreement.

The payment receipt serves as proof of a valid subscription. The subscriber is responsible for ensuring that all registered information is correct and that payment has been completed.

The subscription does not entitle the subscriber to a fixed or reserved parking space. If the parking area is fully occupied, the availability of a parking space cannot be guaranteed, and the subscription fee will not be refunded for this reason.

Parking must take place within the designated parking areas and in accordance with the signage displayed on the premises. The subscription may not be used for the long-term storage of vehicles or for parking trailers, caravans, or similar vehicles unless agreed in writing.

The subscription continues on a monthly basis until cancelled.

The subscription may be cancelled by either the subscriber or the provider by giving one month’s notice, effective at the end of a subscription period. Cancellation may be made through the platform on which the subscription was created or by written notice to Green Ejendomme ApS.

In the event of non-payment, incorrect registration details, misuse of the subscription, or a material breach of the parking terms, the subscription may be suspended or terminated without further notice.

Parking, driving, and remaining on the premises are at the user’s own risk. Green Ejendomme ApS is not liable for theft, vandalism, or damage to vehicles or items kept inside vehicles, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
